Jeremy Renner and Gemma Arterton's Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters was a fun and entertaining movie. It was also kind of stupid as hell. I really didn't think we'd see a sequel for it, but it's pulled in over $200 million worldwide, and the studio has now officially put the sequel into development.
Well, I guess while they're making a sequel, they might as well focus on getting a better script written, because the script for the first movie was awful. The movie was made for only $50 million, so it made a decent profit, which is why we're seeing this sequel happen.
Did any of you really enjoy the movie enough to want to see a sequel?
