In the wake of people around the world raging out about forced Windows 10 upgrades, a woman has actually won a court settlement against Microsoft for "making" her download the OS. ExtremeTech says Teri Goldstein of California has successfully sued Microsoft for $10,000 after a Windows 10 update rendered her PC inoperable for several days. The cost was reached after figuring the cost towards a new PC and how it affected her life.

Personally, I don't see the huge deal with Windows 10. I have it on my computer and I like it way more than what I had before. I think the issue has to be with some people not allowing the download to fully complete. What's your take?
